I've never been to fond of commercial beef broth, but CI recommended this one...

...awhile back. They had never recommended store-bought beef broth, and they still say that their recipe for homemade beef stock is definitely better. In a pinch, you can use Pacific brand.

I tried it a year or so ago, and it's not bad at all. It actually tastes like there is beef in the room when they make it.

I like this brand too. It now comes in 4 packs---pints I think. at least the chicken does.
