I've served kpinky's Pink Peppercorn Feta & Olive Oil many times and everyone loves it. Anyone else

I may have to try this for Easter. I have dried pink peppercorns, is that what you use?

Is there a brined version or should I soak mine?

Dried pink peppercorns it is. As kpinky says this appetizer is absolutely addictive. It's also so

easy to prepare.

Hint: when serving I provide a spreader and a spoon for easier service.
