I was asked at the last minute to come up with an extra side dish for my mom's party. I searched their pantry, fridge, etc...

Made with Canned Sweet Pot. I remembered the recipe, it worked out beautifully. Enjoyed by all and lovely presentation. I am sure it could have been better with fresh yams, but, I had to improvise with what was available. Fresh Sage and thinly sliced prosciutto made this recipe... Also add freshly ground black pepper at the end.
