JEANNIE'S GREEK ORZO Serves six

1-1/2 cup (dry) orzo

1/4 cup olive oil

1 lb broccoli, cut up and cooked

1/2 large onion, chopped

3 Tbsp pine nuts

3/4 cup feta cheese (3-1/2 oz)

1/2 cup parmesan

1/2 tsp hot chili peppers, chopped

1/4 cup basil, chopped

3/4 cup Kalmata olives, chopped

Cook and drain pasta. Brown pine nuts in dry pan, cool. Toss all ingredients together and serve hot.
