I am trying another way tonight....while I have made this recipe before I never thought about them not having real souff'''fffy look....and for these classes I want the 'wow' souffffy look.

Thanks, but I was traumatized when a nasty Italian woman brow-beat me for not

soaking the baccala (salted cod) correctly one Christmas Eve.

I only deal with cod fresh now.
