really the only problem. The dough was too thick. Neither of us was sure that we'd like a mushroom sauce with it but it worked well and could have used more.

Thesse were pretty huge hummer escargots so I used 3 and 4 per roll. That was fine. Pretty easy, acutally. Thanks for sharing your dinner with us.

So it's on the can-make-again list. (if I can remember how I did it)

 
Great Marg. I think the mushroom sauce....

went incredibly well, as did the rich, softly whipped cream. Did you do the cream too.
