and will be doing kabobs tonite instead. BTW Joe, I certainly was not insinuating that you were making that recipe more difficult than necessary - some recipes deserve attention to detail and I wanted quick and do-ahead! It is on my menu for my next dinner party. Thanks!

 
Kabobs sound like the perfect solution for a weeknight dinner.

Of course you weren't insinuating anything, I was just laughing when I re-read my own wordy advice.

I hope you try the provencal chicken sometime. It really is easy, but it's for a day when you're home during the afternoon.
