You're welcome! I use it for chicken but it is wonderful with lamb. I had a request for it--
A young volunteer has been driving extra produce from our gardens to the rescue mission every week for two years. He has attended every potluck, and so he's tasted all my BBQ standards. Now he's joined the navy and for his last meal, he asked for this rosemary chicken. (For a crowd I use a 4X recipe with a pack of Costco chicken thighs and marinate overnight.)

This marinade is so similar to the one I use for lamb but I use red wine instead of lemon juice
I am knocked out by a mustard marinade for lamb. I have never thought of using one for chicken but I will try it. I'm thinking maybe game hens......hmmmmm....you've given me food for thought.
