A young volunteer has been driving extra produce from our gardens to the rescue mission every week for two years. He has attended every potluck, and so he's tasted all my BBQ standards. Now he's joined the navy and for his last meal, he asked for this rosemary chicken. (For a crowd I use a 4X recipe with a pack of Costco chicken thighs and marinate overnight.)
