Brooksie, I'm so glad you found it as incredible as I did. Seriously, I did a multiple recipe thinking I'd have a lot of leftovers to test for a cold version I was planning later. I almost had a mutiny on my hands and had to put out all but one thigh and a spoonful of rice to the hungry mob.
