Sorry, I cannot condone the use of 1% sour cream for anything, LOL

you know I've never even read labels to see what % the sour cream is...I imagine it would work though...maybe it will be a little less tangy....BOY, it is a real chocolaty cake, I love it.

 
Marg, listen to Joanie, not me. I'm sure it will work fine. I've used sour cream,

buttermilk and yogurt interchagably in other recipes. I was just pulling your leg--not very nice before a party!
