Thanks Joe and Sylvia! I didn't realize this was gluten free. I so often bring

baked goods into work, not gluten free. We have one person who is gluten free for medical reasons and I always feel bad that she can't participate. The other day I brought in a gluten free chocolate cake and she was so thrilled. So, I will give this one a try too!
