Joe, your (& Julia's) recipe for Braised Cabbage Rolls with Ham & Breadcrumb Stuffing was delicious!

I made the recipe yesterday afternoon using an 8 oz Hormel ham slice that I'd picked up at a bargain price and had no idea what to do with it. It would probably be even better with leftover baked ham. I also mixed canned and fresh plum tomatoes for the sauce. Served with boiled new potatoes in parsley butter and Spiced Carrots from Epi.

It was fun stuffing the cabbage leaves, had only done it once years ago. I'm glad I have leftovers, so yummy.

Thanks for another excellent recipe. Now we need someone else to try it and get it into T&T. I didn't see it there.

Glad you tried it! I've never met a Cabbage Roll I didn't like, but these really are the best.

No, they've never lasted long enough for that. But I don't see why not? They're cooked until soft.
