Joy of Spring Salad Gardens

Just planted mesclun, spinach, bibb lettuce, arugula, radishes, snow peas, sugar snap peas, scallions, beets, and chard!

Spring is such a wonderful time.

I can't wait to start my own crop in my greenhouse, but I'll wait till after Easter

We still have two feet of snow on the ground here.
I would love to live in a warmer climate and be able to start my own salad crop now. Nothing tastes better than home grown food.
