Scrub your veggies extremely well, but don't peel them...-->
A lot of the nutrients lie in the peel of most veggies and fruits. Cut your vegetables into small chunks about 1 inch or so...so that it feeds into your feeder tube easily. Make sure your juice catcher is in place, and if there's an external catch for the remaining veggie parts, make sure that is in place as well. Word of warning here...please don't drink beet juice by itself, and don't drink the juice of beet greens unless it's diluted with other juices. It's too strong alone. For the combination you have there, for a single serving, I'd say you need 1 beet, 1 or 2 carrots and 2 cucumbers, depending on the size. When you can, find the book the Juice Man wrote. It's great! Basically...wash everything really, really well. Buy organic as much as you can, and don't forget to remove the seeds. A lot of fruit seeds contain poisons you don't want in your juice. *Ü* Cucumber juice is one of the most refreshing juices there is!
