Another idea: Which Julia Child recipe have you made the most?

For me, it's her sauteed potatoes in Mastering Vol. 1. Sheer perfection everytime. I've made that so many times that there is no contest with any other of her recipes. LOL

Without a doubt my favorite is Sauteed Veal or Chicken with Tarragon Cream Sauce

from The Way To Cook. I haven't made it in a while, but my most-used Julia recipe.
