I have just recently tasted these cookies and they are to die for, so good.
My friend, Melanie makes them with the 1/2 cup of chopped pecans & 1/2 cup of coconut & 1/2 cup of chocolate chips. These are so delicious. She just gave me the recipe and said I could share it here:

1 teaspoon vanilla
2 3/4 cups flour, sifted
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven at 350

Stir in milk and vanilla.
Combine flour, salt, soda and nuts, and then stir into batter.
