Just a heads up. Charleston Food and Wine Festival 2007

will be March 1-5. Last year was the first year and all I did was go to the "village". Lots of wine and food to taste, various chefs/demonstrations etc. But there are dinners/demonstrations in several fine restaurants plus Jazz and gospel events.

I am sure that this will grow this year and am planning on doing more stuff.

This would be a great opportunity to see Charleston and enjoy her Southern Hospitality.
