such an easy cake and it just smells and tastes so good. I baked it in a foil lasagna pan that comes with a lid since it's for a church function. It worked beautifully. I usually make it in a bundt pan. this time I iced it with a brown sugar icing---very thin coating and then sprinkled it with some chopped toasted walnuts.
