I made it again and added a little leftover yogurt to the batter. It smelled wonderful and tasted even better.

Now I just have to keep myself from slathering a pound of butter on it before eating it! ;o)

cinnamon. When I use strawberries, the bread is dark too, although the blueberries make it a little darker. I know what you mean about the butter, especially if I toast the bread for breakfast!
