Just found the place to buy the bourbon barrel smoked pepper for my bacon experiment

We don't have smoked pepper or smoked sugar here, but someone once gave me a glass of smoked salt.

Any idea what I can use it for?

 
Is it a hickory, applewood, or alderwood? Or is it a Chardonnay smoked salt? The smoked wood salts

fare well on meats and the chardonnay is great for seafood, especially scallops, shrimp, and white fish.

What kind is it Eva?
