and I had a slice of King Arthur whole wheat white with peanut butter and honey.  I could use some
fig preserves with that!  better yet, I could use a nice green salad.  I finally found the KA WW White and made a loaf in the bread machine.  It raised up to the top of the lid---way too high.  Must adjust the yeast!  I thought I had a disaster as the top of the bread stuck to the lid and was still dough-y.  I put it in the microwave for about 4 minutes, and it baked thru.  I cut off the ugly top, then sliced it and brought it to work.  they ate it up and never knew my mini-disaster.  I was surprised that the flour is actually a light beige color, not white.  It did make a lovely loaf and I will make another for the grandkids' visit.
