Just made a HUGE mess! Making cinnamon raisin bread and using the KA mixer.

Kneading the flour in and turned my back for a moment. The dough climbed the paddle and went all the way up into the top.

Cleaning it out with a chopstick. This bread better be worth it.

I try to make too much dough! Don't worry, I would bet on your bread being just fine.

ugh! I did that last time when I made walnut bread. those bleach wipes helped get the spring part

ahem, I just let the dough dry on the spring and then tap it to crack it out. . .

very lazy me!
