1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 cup golden raisins

2 eggs
3/8 cup canola oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup pumpkin puree

2 Tbsp sour cream
Mix first 7 ingredients, and add next 4. Stir well to combine and pour into a greased 9-inch cake pan. Place dollops of sour cream on top and swirl to make desired pattern.
Bake at 350F for 45 min or until knife in center comes out with just a crumb or 2 on it. Let cool and enjoy.
