Just made the K.A. flour recipe for English muffins. They're really easy and really good!

Oooh, I love sourdough. Never had a sourdough muffin and these look great. Nice job Cyn!
This reminds me so much of a story from long ago
I worked for TFal in the 1970s and early 1080s. Non-stick was so very new then. I ran a sales force but tried to come up with innovative ideas for demonstrating them (yup- mirror above, mike attached to demonstrator). The big thing then was put an egg in a pan and let it fry without oil. Big deal. Put a piece of american cheese in the pan and let it melt and whoosh it right out. Big deal. I did stuff like make English Muffins in the pans....people couldn't believe you could MAKE English Muffins...so funny. I loved it. Homemade English Muffins will ruin you for life. Make them once and you won't be able to buy store-bought again. Guaranteed.

You're so right, Cathy. So much tastier and so much cheaper than store bought!
