Just made these incredibly delicious "Milk Bar" Corn Cookies

I bought the freeze-dried corn on Amazon. OMG they are delicious. I made them much smaller and got 30 from the batch. Didn't need to cook as long.

My little sister adores corn so I made these for her. But everyone I've given them to have gone crazy over them. I knew my husband would turn up his nose at the thought of them and was sure he would be sure he wouldn't like them. Ha Ha - he absolutely LOVED them!

Oh! Those sound amazing!

And if I may, what would you think about a chocolate bottom painted in them after they come off the rack (like Florentines)?

Adding this to MCM's rye-chocolate chip cookies which she is still raving about.

 
I think that adding chocolate to just about anything is a huge plus - LOL

Okay, all kidding aside, I think that would be lovely!
