I made a half batch and used cayenne better. I also used dark cocoa.
We are having our neighbors and librarian over next weekend for a friendsgiving (our neighbor's kids think the librarian is a rock star - and so do we I'm prez. of the library). However, we are doing a Mexican theme because one Turkey in Nov. is enough for me (because I'm not that good at making them). Anyway - this will be dessert - I'm popping them into the freezer until then.
