while I'm not sure about the curried tofu salad, the rest look great!

I like the looks of "SHAKING BEEF WITH PURPLE ONIONS AND WATERCRESS" and will try it soon. I'm using a lot of fish sauce these days and it has it in it.

Not only am I trying to lose some weight, but I've put my finances on a diet too, so I'm using stuff from the freezer and have a lot of flank steak, shrimp, and chicken. I think all three would "shake" well, what do you guys think?

SHAKING BEEF WITH PURPLE ONIONS AND WATERCRESS

I made this yesterday and it was wonderful! I used spinach instead of watercress and also used flank steak, cut across the grain. Since I like my beef rare, this was a perfect way to prepare it. The recipe is, imo, a keeper and definitely stupidly simple!
