Nan, I thought exactly the same thing. I was going through their schedule on line...

hoping that Tyler Florence was on this morning, sigh, he wasn't, and saw this. Meant to watch it but forgot. I thought his condiments looked great and that the pineapple in the bean salad was interesting.

 
Did you catch Bobby Flay's card party episode with the scallops on guacamole and tortilla chips?

I thought that was a wonderful twist on Nachos, and something I would actually try.
