Julia Child | Hawaiian cuisine with Amy Ferguson-Ota. However, it started with Alice Waters doing a great looking fennel salad. Then she did a olive tapanade which had a classic Julia scene.
Julia was excited when Alice grabbed the brandy bottle to add to the tapanade which quickly turned to disappointment with Julia commenting: Hmmm, brandy! That's a nice touch...oh...well...hmph...just a few drops.
