Just watched the most wonderful Movie "Haute Cuisine," absolutely Loved it. The

movie is the life experience of Daniele Mazet Delpeuch who was the private chef for French President Mitterand.

The move was wonderful and one of the dishes that really intrigued me was the Salmon Stuffed Cabbage and I found it on line and will post it next.
