Just wondering...has anyone made the Chicken Shiraz with Porcini and Whole Shallots from Epi? I have

I have to tell you

that my dh marinated and grilled bone in chicken with Wicker's Original marinade and Baste and it was the best BBQ that I have ever had. It was a new marinade for us. www.wickersbbq.com I know it's not gourmet, but wanted to share!

Thanks for the tip, I must watch for it. I wonder if it's similar to Dale's sauce? Are

you familiar with it? It's may only be available in southern states. Barbecue chicken is a favorite and I used the Barefoot Contessa barbecue sauce recipe on some of the bone-in pieces I had and we grilled it, delcious. As far as gourmet goes, I don't really consider myself a gourmet cook. I usually fix fairly uncomplicated food, though I admit to making a few dishes I couldn't pronounce. There are cooks on this board that boggle my mind with their imagination and skill. It's been such a pleasure and learning process for me. I just love this forum and all the people here who so readily share their recipes and advice.

Wicker's

It is 100% natural and the only listed ingredients are vinegar, salt and spices. I live in a suburb of Nashville, TN, but have lived in FL, MN, MA, AZ as well, so have tried BBQ all over the place- this rocks! Go check out the site, there are some good looking recipes on there, too. It has a link for locating their products.

BTW, how do I post a link?
