Just wondering----who has a computer in their kitchen? I do not, yet

I sometimes do...

I'm wireless at home and have a desktop and laptop in my 2nd floor office. However, I also bring home my office laptop (also wireless) and set it up in the living room and kitchen throughout the day. If I could only have one I would still probably just keep the one in my office.

Like Marsha, I carry my laptop into the kitchen, couldn't live without it in the kitchen....

I've got a desktop upstairs but seem to only go up and use it these days when I need to print. I am about to get a second laptop because DH takes mine with him when he travels leaving me without all my files. My laptop is my kitchen library these days. It stays in the den just steps away from the kitchen. I'm also going to add a printer downstairs convenient to the kitchen.

I loved the gadget that someone posted above. I'm a tech geek - I carry recipes on my pda and such too.

I do and it came about by accident, the room I was using was unavailable to me for

several days, so dh took pity and put one on my kitchen desk. I never went back. The printer is in a room just around the corner and I really love having the computer right here where I spend so much time.

Right now, I'm waiting for the coffee and it gave me time to answer this post. I can also work off it with a recipe, but prefer to make to make a print copy.
