Since it's just the two of us, I used Hormel's prepared Italian Beef Tips in Gravy, pulled out the meat chunks and reduced the gravy to thicken

Sour cream

green onions

Hot pepper jack cheese

(My last precious bag of) Tortilla Factory White Corn

Mashed up fresh avocado with lemon juice/kosher salt

Green chili salsa.

Very good and it was ready in 20 minutes! Thank you for rebooting my bad memory of them.

Sometime when you want to do the original recipe and have the time, you will be pleased

with the richness of the stew meat cooked in the beef bouillon with the method I described. It is so yummy! I have never seen the Hormel's product. Sounds like it is a good product.
