I've never had the opportunity to try moose. I've had elk and absolutely loved it. Are they similar?

Moose is darker and a tad gamier. Very lean. We add pork fat for sausage. No elk up here caribou

Two eggs over light and Moose Sausage! I love spicy sausage and I bet they're good. Time to
