I made it yesterday for some top sirloin kebobs. Really a delicious marinade. I made it as Michael did, eliminating the salt and using extra garlic, but used regular soy sauce because that's what I had. We didn't find it salty. Also didn't cut back on the oil as that was on page two and I missed it, lol. I'll cut it back to 1/2 cup next time. I have a recipe from another source that uses the same ingredients, but less oil and a lot more worcestershire and soy. This one seemed just right. Marinated the cubes of meat for 8 hours in most of the marinade, saving some back to baste the veggies. I think this should be in T&T if it isn't already, I looked under miscellaneous and didn't see it there.
