I went to use it today, and it was totally solidified in the jar. Only a few drops came out. I grabbed another from my pantry which had never been opened, and again, solidified. Is this normal? I opened one jar, put it in the microwave for 30 seconds, and nothing. Are they a lost cause....any suggestions?

Sounds like a goner but I would try re-hydrating with water. . .
You need to get enough water in the jar or get enough out of the jar to be able to get water mixed with it.
I would try re-hydrating. Like it would give me something to do other than read, go for a walk or cruise the net. Win-win sitchiation!

Must be fairly ancient
I keep mine in the fridge- maybe yours was there too. I only use it a few times every year and I replace it every two years. Glad to know yours came back to life with some water!
