Kitchen gadget disaster...

Well, I make cream puffs all the time and made 36 large ones for my parent's Christmas party. I had gotten a "mechanical pastry bag" from Williams Sonoma and was so excited to try it to fill them. What a disaster! I got the thing loaded with custard and pushed and the top blew off and custard went everywhere - including into my open kitchen drawer!!!

I had a smoothie in my vitamix, with the lid off I turned it on high, the smoothie went up to the

ceiling and all over the upper and lower cabinets, counters and floor.

Seems like we've discussed disasters before...maybe

Welcome Fran! I couldn't quite picture what you meant--I was picturing something along the lines of

a shop-vac or a pneumatic drill. I was relieved to only find this.
