P pam Well-known member May 12, 2010 #4 Beats me! It's about an inch thick (fairly uniform). It doesn't look like the usual butterflied leg of lamb, but the top side looks like a cut edge. Weighs 1.39 pounds. The label just says Lamb London Broil.

M melissa-dallas Well-known member May 12, 2010 #5 Is it maybe just a thick shoulder chop? My favorite for lamb is marinated in lemon, olive oil, oregano, (maybe a tiny bit of rosemary) & garlic and cook over charcoal.
