Last night I made Adobo Chicken and Coconut Jasmine Rice

the chicken was done in 40 minutes on the grill and my timing was off with the rice, so I had to hurry it along. Some of the rice kernels did not cook and it was not the best. What can I do with it now to save it for tonight's leftovers. Any ideas?

 
Thanks, I have it in the steamer now, added a tad of butter

it tastes great, just needs an attitude adjustment...LOL
