In a pie or quiche plate, layer the following:
1 tub chive or garlic chive soft cream cheese
1 tub hummus- your choice of flavors
chopped cucumbers
chopped tomatoes (Romas work best)
sliced green onions
Feta Cheese
Black Olives, sliced
Serve with pita segments. Cut into 8 pieces. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake in a single layer on a sheet until brown and crispy. Bake around 350 until golden and crisp.
