I made Julia's Grand Marnier truffles mixture, put it in the fridge to firm up, then never got around to rolling them into candies. I just couldn't get excited about messing with them, so today I added a cup of whipping cream and a can of sweetened condensed milk and reheated it. Wow, did it ever make good chocolate sauce.
