Lazy person's way of making guacamole and chili. Very good, though, had to share.

The chili was nothing special - ground chuck, pinto beans, tomato sauce, cayenne pepper, and chili spice packet, but instead of making guacamole, I just sliced an avocado, put it on top of the sour cream that I topped my chili with, and squeezed a few drops of fresh lemon juice on that.

Really very good, and I got the tastes of both of them with very little work (we had been chopping ice all afternoon and were just too pooped to do much else other than sit in front of the tv and watch the game).

The last time I made guac, it used the pastry blender instead of a knife/ fork for mashing - nice!
