Lead in red wine vinegar???

I wanted to make sweet and sour red cabbage but was put off by the grocery store label that read: "Warning! Lead in red wine vinegars and balsamic vinegars on these shelves."

What's going on? Do all red wine vinegars contain lead ?

Hanging my head in shame, I bought store jars of red cabbage and doctored them up with chopped apples.
