elaine, this thread had alot of good canned/leftover salmon recipes. perhaps
you could add a bit more mayo to one of the salmon cake recipes and spread this in a dish and bake it? I can't think of a hot salmon spread right now. I know there are hot crab and artichoke spreads. Would salmon substitute in these?
