Leftover turkey ideas for the freezer?

Turkey enchiladas, turkey burritos, meat for turkey burritos. . .

You can freeze all of the above and reheat at a later date. I especially like turkey enchiladas when I add a cup of turkey gravy to the enchilada sauce. Freezing the turkey in meal size portions is nice; this way we can have turkey sandwiches but not have "tons" of turkey to take care of all before it goes over.

For some reason, I am thinking that a bunch of turkey thrown into the "infamous" green bean casserole my family MUST have at Thanksgiving sounds good. . . Don't ask me why; I must be craving turkey.

And that turkey casserole that you posted the link for sounds very tasty.

update with one questions please: 2 nlb are made and

in the freezer and turkey soup is on the stove for dinner.
I'd like to give one of the casseroles to my daughter. How best to describe to cook the dish.
( Thaw overnight, and heat at 325 for an hour - don't let boil??) is what I'm thinking.

TIA
Betty

Usually you bake from frozen. Since it will take longer you might turn the temp

down 25 degrees and cover with foil for part of the cooking time so the crumbs don't get too brown.
