Lemon Blueberry Muffins (my favorite recipe)

deb, we used to go blueberry picking up in Michigan and the farm had the best muffin and cheesecake

recipe. I hope I have these in my Mom's recipe folder. Your muffin recipe sounds very similar---with the sugar topping and lemon. note: you have a typo in the ingredients. I think the 2 1/2c sugar should be flour??

deb, do you think this would work as a loaf? I think I'll try it and let you know.

easier to carry down a loaf than muffins on a road trip.

 
it's out of the oven, cooling. I think it's a bit "airy" for a bread, but I'm wrapping it up

and refrigerating it for the weekend, so I can't cut into it to really see---torture! I think it will be fine---better than fine.
