Odd how uninterested the press was on this storm.

It didn't threaten the US mainland, so the press didn't cover it much. Plus, they're in a feeding..

..frenzy over the post-election coverage.

I heard it weakened over Cuba, and came out the other side a much lesser storm.

said the dry air pushing eastward across the US is what pushed the punch out of the hurricane winds. The worst was over the western tip of Cayman Brac, where the eye went over.
