I just bought a beautiful pork loin yesterday, cut it in half and froze

I saw lots of pork chops, and something called a 'pork butt' shoulder. Limes are coming in hard with no juice. I dug through the entire pile yesterday to find the ones with some give and yellow on them....purchased all of them.

Here is a worrisome read.
