Silverplated Mirror 12" wedding cake stand and it will come up. The price is $35.00. I know what I am getting and this would make a beautiful shower or wedding gift or anytime gift for a baker. Thanks for the incentive to search.

 
Gay, I bought one exactly like it at a store called Fred's......

Which is kind of a clearance/discount store here in Missouri. I think I paid about $10 for it.

It may be a knock off of an antique. Don't really know.

Re ordering the cakes plates

These cake plates are beautiful - and would make a lovely Christmas present (for family and myself). Has anyone heard of this company to know if they are reputable? It's a little scary ordering online from smaller companies.

PS: I've never heard of them, but the plates are gorgeous, aren't they! My cakes aren't that pretty.
