Liquid pectin question...I have used this only a couple of times and had the same outcome each time.

Last weekend I made pepper jelly with Certo liquid pectin. Whenever I use this product my jelly turns out a bit gummy. does anyone know why? Am I over or under cooking it? Your thoughts are appreciated!

 
Seems to be overcooking causes this . . .

I searched "How do I keep prevent gumminess in homemade jelly?" on Google and the answer seems to be that you may have overcooked your jelly.
